Another hot humid night , working in the Pilbarra region of Western Australia.
Its three o'clock in the morning and I am sitting with my colleague talking about life. Our conversations vary as we have vastly different past experiences but there is one common subject that we always come back to and that is our passion for food.
Our last discussion revolves around "what your last meal would be and which three people besides your family and friends would you share it with".
My esteemed colleague requested that he would enjoy a BBQ fish fillet with salad and Italian crunchy bread with butter. He would share this meal with Sachin Tendulkar, Bill Clinton and Pamela Anderson.
My choices would be Swedish pizza and I would share it with my childhood dog, Fred, King Carl of Sweden and Lara Croft.
We laughed over our choices and before we knew it it was 0400 o'clock with only 2 hours before shift change.
Wow hasn't time flown - Must go do some plant routine checks before the night is over.
